NCB online transaction limits are now in effect

The National Commercial Bank (NCB) is reminding its customers of the online transfer limits for banking transactions done via personal online banking and the NCB mobile app.

The new transaction limits apply to daily bill payments, daily NCB third-party transfers, monthly international wire transfers and bank transfers.

The changes took effect Thursday, February 1.

According to the banking institution, these changes are part of its ongoing commitment to enhance access controls in light of increased levels of account attacks via smishing/phishing fraud.

The bank says customers who wish to retain or request higher transfer limits than the current default limits, can email the bank at [email protected] with the subject line “Online Limit Request” to receive further advice.
