Most recently, The Banker ranked NCBJ among the top-performing banks, with the organisation securing the number one position in Jamaica for profitability, operational efficiency, return on risk, liquidity, and overall banking performance.
These rankings are based on rigorous financial analysis and benchmarking, underscore its ability to deliver a sustained, high-quality performance while maintaining strong fundamentals.
In addition to its performance rankings, the organisation received several major awards from Global Finance Magazine, including Best Bank – Jamaica 2026, Best FX Bank – Jamaica 2026 for the 8th consecutive year and Best Trade Finance Provider – Jamaica 2026. The bank also earned the Elite Quality Recognition Award 2026 from JP Morgan for its exceptional straight-through processing rates.

Further reinforcing its regional leadership, Capital Finance International named NCBJ Trusted Partner in Retail and Corporate Finance Leadership – Caribbean 2026, recognising the Bank’s role in supporting both individual and business growth and financial inclusivity across the region.
