Netflix’s ‘The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep’ anime debuts in February

Woohoo! Netflix has announced that ‘The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep‘, an anime adaptation of Andrzej Sapkowski’s work, will premiere on Tuesday, February 11.

The film is developed. South Korean animation studio is being produced by Studio Mir, the same studio responsible for projects such as ‘The Legend of Korra‘ and ‘DOTA: Dragon’s Blood‘.

The storyline will be an adaptation of ‘A Little Sacrifice‘, a short story from Sapkowski’s’ Sword of Destiny‘ collection, promising a visually striking and faithful representation of the source material.

“Humans, monsters and merpeople — ‘Sirens of the Deep‘ premieres February 11. Featuring the return of Doug Cockle as Geralt, Anya Chalotra as Yennefer and Joey Batey as Jaskier.” Netflix posted in their announcement on X.com.

The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep‘ expands the growing universe of The Witcher, following the success of both the live-action series and previous animated projects on the platform.
