Following the merger of EduCom Co-operative Credit Union Limited and Gateway Co-operative Credit Union Limited, the Infiniti Co-operative Credit Union Jamaica Limited became the newest member of the local credit union community on February 1, 2025.

The newly minted organisation will be led by Chief Executive Officer Camille Campbell Drummond, who acted in that capacity at EduCom Co-op Credit Union since February 2024. She previously served as the chief operating officer before ascending to the position of acting CEO.

“I’m honoured to lead such a diverse and competent team, where the synergy has been nothing short of extraordinary. While the year ahead will undoubtedly bring challenges, I am confident that, based on our past achievements, we’re poised to navigate new paths and craft an exciting future for Infiniti Co-operative Credit Union Jamaica Ltd,” she expressed.

With an impressive, combined asset base of approximately $31.3 billion and a strong membership of over 178,000 to be attended to by a complement of about 300 team members and a qualified, dedicated cadre of volunteers, the future of the organisation is promising.

Reverend Glenroy Clarke, president of the board, is pleased with the institution’s progress and looks forward growth post-merger.

“We are eager and ready to serve our expanded membership under a stronger brand in Infiniti Co-operative Credit Union Jamaica Ltd. We look forward to continuing the exceptional service our members are accustomed to while enriching and adding value to their lives,” he stated.

With the head office of Infiniti Co-operative Credit Union Jamaica Limited located at 10 Oxford Terrace, Kingston 5, the recently merged institution has 13 branches island-wide, which are strategically placed to adequately serve its members.
