The National Health Fund, NHF continues to investigate the recent cyber incident at the Agency, assessing its impact while further strengthening the security controls. The delivery of NHF services has not been impacted by this attack and all beneficiaries are able to continue receiving their benefits.
Active investigation into this incident continues with the assistance of our cyber security consultant and the Major Organised Crime and Anti -Corruption Agency. An initial report was also submitted to the Office of the Information Commissioner, and based on information available up to the morning of June 10, 2026, all stakeholders who were affected by this cyber incident have been contacted and advised.
In light of the cyber security landscape that the world now faces, the NHF had engaged an international cyber security firm to reinforce data security. Several organisational and technical measures were and will continue to be implemented to improve the security of our data.
The NHF is committed to openness and transparency and will provide updates. The agency understands the importance of safeguarding the personal information entrusted to us. We remain committed to protecting the privacy and security of our stakeholders’ data and will continue to strengthen our systems and security measures in the face of these growing cyber threats.
