The Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston.

PAC Kingston Airport Limited (PACKAL), operator of Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA), announces that the airport has completed the electrical infrastructure upgrades and has resumed operations.

While most systems are back online, some departing JetBlue passengers may experience temporary delays. As such, they are advised to check with their airline for any schedule changes before travelling and to arrive at the airport earlier than usual to allow adequate time for processing.

Arriving passengers will be processed as usual.

PACKAL thanks all passengers for their patience and understanding. It said the airport is committed to minimising “your inconvenience while ensuring the highest safety standards”.

For further updates, follow NMIA’s official social media channels. Passengers with specific concerns may contact their airline directly.
