At this year’s TIME100 Summit in New York City, Dr David Walcott, a healthcare and real estate investor, and founder and managing partner of Novamed, shared his commitment to implementing more sustainable practices in his business ventures.
This will be the second consecutive year that Walcott has been in attendance.
Inspired by the discussions around climate action, Dr Walcott recognizes the importance of integrating eco-consciousness into all aspects of our lives and plans to ensure that every business within his portfolio demonstrates a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.

“I’m honoured to have received the opportunity to attend such a prestigious event, and recognise that the insights acquired extend beyond my personal benefit or the specific businesses in which I invest, to the broader Caribbean,” said Walcott.
“I am committed to sharing the valuable knowledge gained throughout Jamaica, the Caribbean, and the Latin American region, where impactful climate initiatives will shape the future of these areas in a positive way,” Dr Walcott shared,” he continued.
