The Sun Coast Beach Club residential project held its ribbon cutting and opening ceremony on Tuesday (February 6), with Prime Minister Andrew Holness as the special guest speaker.
This 396-unit residential enclave in Twelve Miles, St Thomas will come in at approximately J$35 billion. The first phase is already sold out.
Speaking at the ceremony Kevin Frith, CEO of TCF Holdings, the developer of the Sun Coast Beach Club, said: “ This started back in March 2020 after I left the bar business and decided to get involved in real estate. A friend directed me to this land in St Thomas and it was a winner because of the highway project that helped to make St Thomas an even more attractive proposition. I had no clue as to how I would be able to purchase this land from David Wong-Ken but by the grace of God, we are here today. This project comes in three phases: apartments, duplexes, townhouses and villas. There will also be 15,000 square feet of commercial space containing a supermarket.
“The idea behind Sun Coast Beach Club is to feel that you are at a resort but you are really at home and you don’t want to leave.”
