Valiant’s lyrical response to comments made by Robert Morgan, minister without portfolio in the Office of the Prime Minister with responsibility for information, who questioned “when did dunce become fashionable?” is now trending in Jamaica.

Morgan had said he witnessed his son listening to a song that talked about being dunce that became concerning for him.

Jamaicans on social media quickly picked up that the song he was referring to was Valiant’s Dunce Cheque.

In the song, Valiant talks about being dunce while in school. But, now money is the subject that he studies and he has good credit.

Now the artiste has responded to the questions posed by Morgan with the release of his new song, Scholar, which is currently trending in Jamaica.
