English Rockstar Ozzy Osbourne has revealed that he is no longer able to walk as his battle with Parkinson’s disease progresses.
The 76-year-old rock legend shared the update during a recent episode of Ozzy Speaks on SiriusXM, where he reflected on his health challenges and career.
Despite his mobility struggles, Osbourne remains determined to stay active, “I’m far from being on my last leg,” he said. Telling his critics to “F**k off.”
During an episode of The Osbournes Podcast in 2024, Ozzy noted that the numerous surgeries were taking a toll on him.
“Tomorrow I have my final surgery on my neck,” he declared at the time. “It will be the final surgery because I can’t do it anymore. Regardless of the way it ends up after tomorrow, I’m not doing it anymore. I can’t.”

“My feet feel like I’ve got bricks tied to them when I’m walking,” he said. “I walked upstairs today and downstairs for the first time in a while, and my feet feel like I’ve got diving boots on when I’m walking. I think it’s the nerves… Then I was thinking, maybe I just need to get up off my ass and walk around the block a few times.”
Osbourne was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2003. His wife, Sharon Osbourne, noted that while his voice remains strong, his ability to move independently has drastically declined.
In July, Osbourne is expected to reunite with Black Sabbath for a farewell performance in Birmingham, England. Sharon described the opportunity as important to him, as he had to retire from touring in 2023 without a proper send-off.
The concert, which will also feature acts such as Metallica and Slayer, will support organizations including Cure Parkinson’s and Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Osbourne remains focused on rehabilitation efforts to maintain as much mobility as possible.
