PAC Kingston Airport Limited hosts NMIA Forum

PAC Kingston Airport Limited (PACKAL), operators of the Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA), successfully staged their NMIA Forum at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel on Friday, May 31, 2024.

The NMIA Forum provided an invaluable platform for stakeholders and the media to receive comprehensive performance updates, insights into current programmes, and detailed development plans for NMIA. This event underscores PACKAL’s unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service and excellence in airport management and operations.

The forum featured Donaree Muirhead, technical assistant in the Ministry of Transport representing portfolio minister Daryl Vaz, as well as shadow ministers Mikael Phillips and Phillip Paulwell as panel speakers.

Each speaker shared their perspectives and insights on the various initiatives and strategic plans that are shaping the future of NMIA.

“We are excited to have hosted this forum as it aligns with our mission to foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement in our operations. It was another opportunity for us to engage directly with our stakeholders and provide updates on our progress and future direction,” said Sitara English-Byfield, CEO of PAC Kingston Airport Limited.
