Bartenders and bartending students now better equipped to practise their craft

This group of bartenders and students in the food and beverage industry were pleased to receive their certificates of participation at the Johnnie Walker Brand Passion and Mixology Seminar held at the AC Hotel. The certificates were presented by Red Stripe’s Channel Development Manager, Shanique Mongal (far left) and Anjelica Holmes, trade marketing manager for Red Stripe (far right).

The AC Hotel in St Andrew was abuzz with bartenders, bartending students and others in the food and beverage industry, as Johnnie Walker hosted its inaugural Brand Passion and Mixology Seminar.

The seminar, held last week, was geared towards improving the knowledge and skills of attendees. The highlights included live demonstrations from Italian mixologist Ludovica Telese.

In addition, there were breakout sessions with leading local mixologists, several prizes and certificates of participation. At the end of the session, attendees left with more knowledge than they came in with and better equipped to practise their craft.

Our Today was there and brings you highlights.
