On day one of the Jamaica Food and Drink Festival, pork lovers came out in their numbers to enjoy a night of gastronomy and well mixed drinks. Inside the Visa booth, Ocean Spray dished out two signature cocktails – Cranberry Mule and El Patriota – to complement the Sticky Pepsi Pork Belly, Crispy Cannelloni with Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese Mousse and Citrus Ginger Bacon Crumble.
