January kicked off with Mayberry Investments Forum hosting Minister of Finance Dr Nigel Clarke as its special guest speaker.
Clarke gave an overview of the performance of the Jamaican economy over the last year noting the 10th consecutive quarters of growth, which has underpinned fiscal stability.
He also drew attention to the country’s reduction of its debt-to-GDP ratio.
Both chairman of Mayberry, Christopher Berry, and CEO Gary Peart asked thought provoking questions which Dr Clarke took on with no ambiguity.
