It was a night when the stars came out.

The glitterati of Jamaica’s business community celebrated with Michael Lee Chin as he was welcomed into the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica’s Hall of Fame at a banquet held at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel in New Kingston.

Lee Chin, one of Jamaica’s foremost business personalities, is the chairman of both NCB Group and Portland Holdings.

He left Jamaica as a young man to study civil engineering in Canada and, from his adopted home there, built a fortune from his mutual fund company, AIC.

The event served as a return of the native and an acknowledgement of one of Jamaica’s greatest success stories.
