Spa therapist at Beaches Negril, Olivier Bowen was pleased to present refreshments to Negril guitarist, Percival Henry in observance of International Men’s Day.
In observation of International Men’s Day, team members from Sandals and Beaches Negril ventured into communities in Hanover and Westmoreland to show their appreciation to male residents in alignment with this year’s theme ‘Helping Men and Boys’.
The rehydration initiative impacted more than 70 males, hailing from several communities and different professions such as; farmers, vendors, taxi drivers, barbers, musicians, among others.
Many of the recipients voiced that the act of kindness carried out by Sandals and Beaches Resorts in Negril, Westmoreland was one they truly appreciated; as they felt honoured and moved at the thought that as men they were considered and recognised.
Soup vendor in Green Island, Hanover, Elsworth Foster matched Beaches Negril Junior Sales Executive, Asheika McNab’s energy; handing her a cup of soup as a sign of appreciation for his International Men’s Day treat.
Beaches Negril’s Guest Experience Manager, Staffaine Wynter shared words of encouragement with Hanover farmer, Phillip Barnes and thanked him for his service to his community over the years.
Butler Admin at Sandals Negril, Deshanay Stewart caught handing over what Hanover route taxi driver, Desmond Clarke described as a great start to his day and a thoughtful gesture for men in his parish.
It was sheer joy from Mr. Thompson, (right) as he shared he was truly surprised by the gift Animation Supervisor at Beaches Negril, Kimberlee Williams presented to him.
