The People’s National Party (PNP) says it is saddened by the death of Ricardo ‘Taz’ James, who served as an active member of the party.

James was reportedly found unresponsive at his home this morning, April 4. He was later pronounced dead at the Spanish Town Hospital.

The PNP, in a statement on Thursday, described James as a dedicated comrade warrior who served as the former general secretary of the PNP Youth Organisation for several years.

He also served as North Central St Catherine’s constituency secretary and campaign manager.
