Police seek public’s help to identify body of woman found in St James

The St James Police Division is seeking the public’s assistance to find the relatives of a woman who was killed on Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, Montego Bay, on July 28.

The body is of a dark complexion, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, and slim build. The deceased woman was wearing a white blouse, a multi-coloured skirt, and was barefooted when her body was discovered.

According to official reports, the body was found by citizens who reported it to the police. The woman was found on the sidewalk with a stab wound to her back. The body was taken to the morgue.

Family members of the deceased or anyone who can locate the family is urged to contact the Montego Bay Criminal Investigative Branch at 876-953-6191, the Police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
