Dancehall artiste Popcaan has announced a star-studded line-up for the 2023 staging of Unruly Fest, with big names such as Najeeriii and Skillibeng set to join him on stage.
The event is scheduled for December 22 at Roselle, Morant Bay, St Thomas. Other artiste in the line-up include Fivio Foreign and I-Wayne, with more promised to join soon.
“Good morning world!! Get your tickets for @unrulyfest. Link in bio, #Movie St. Thomas, Jamaica,” the artiste wrote in a post on social media on Monday.
Entry into the event starts with general tickets priced at J$4,000 and VIPs J$8,000.
Unruly Fest is held to raise funds for the St Thomas native’s foundation. The money will go towards his annual Christmas and back-to-school treat. St Thomas natives who are struggling financially will also receive support.

The annual festival returns for the first time since 2019, after a hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic. Many fans anticipated its return last year. However, their dreams were shattered when Popcaan revealed he would not host Unruly Fest in 2022. He would instead join Nigerian artiste Burna Boy on stage during his ‘Love Damini’ world tour in Jamaica.
Now, fans are overjoyed as they celebrate the return of the highly anticipated festival.
“A me a help open the gate that’s how early I’m [going to] be,” one fan commented under the poster. “Ok boss, we a coming,” another wrote.
Popcaan also received support from fellow artistes such as Queen Ifrica, Dovey Magnum, and Protoje, who welcomed the return of the event.
