G4SGuardsman and the Union of Clerical, Administrative and Supervisory Employees (UCASE) have reportedly come to a resolution on staff welfare issue.

Guardsman made the disclosure following a meeting on Wednesday to address concerns surrounding the welfare of the security officers.

“The meeting was both constructive and collaborative, resulting in outcomes that serve the mutual interests of both parties and, most importantly, the well-being of Guardsman’s valued security officers,” the company said in a statement.

“Both parties are fully satisfied with the resolutions presented and have committed to periodic meetings to advise on any changes which may occur,” the statement said.

During the meeting, G4SGuardsman provided a full explanation of the technical issues that contributed to the undue delays, and strategic steps have been outlined to ensure this does not recur in the future, the company said.

Both G4S Guardsman and U-CASE reaffirm their shared commitment to working together in the best interest of the security officers.

“We are optimistic about continuing our engagement in a positive and transparent manner and will maintain open lines of communication moving forward,” the company said.
