Professor Trevor Munroe resigns as NIA director

Professor Trevor Munroe has resigned as the Principal Director of the National Integrity Action (NIA).

In a statement on Monday (May 1), the NIA said that political commentator and attorney-at-law Danielle Archer will be the leader of the eleven-year-old non-profit organization effective today (May 1).

Archer has been a member of the NIA since 2019.

” With his regular newspaper columns, appearances on radio and television, speaking engagements locally and overseas and work with communities, youths, and various national institutes, Professor Munroe and the NIA team have built Jamaica’s integrity profile at home and abroad. The NIA is grateful for his exemplary and fearless leadership, and his most distinguished service,” the NIA said.

Professor Munroe will serve as a board director and consultant at the NIA.

Professor Trevor Munroe, founded and led the non-profit organization since its inception.
