PROVEN Group Limited has indicated that John Collins has resigned from its board of directors, effective November 11.

Collins, having served in his capacity as a non-executive independent director since PROVEN’s inception more than 12 years ago, brought his extensive experience in the financial sector, particularly in Trust Banking and as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

His support and guidance were leveraged to govern PROVEN, especially in the formative years where he served as a member of the Audit Committee.

Dr Hugh Hart, chairman of PROVEN, in acknowledging Collins, said: “Thank you, John, for your tremendous contribution and service to PROVEN. Indeed, PROVEN’s start, and continued performance were made possible with your support, and we have proudly grown over the years into an established Caribbean Investment Holding Company with a bright future for additional expansion. Collins expressed his appreciation for having been granted the opportunity to serve as a director and stated: “I am honoured to have served and played a role in the company’s development and to have worked with an enterprising organisation and people. I wish PROVEN all the very best and will look forward to seeing its continued success.”
