

Irish actor George Raymond Stevenson who is well-known for his role in films such as Rome, Punisher: War Zone and Black Sails has died at age 58.
According to recent reports, Stevenson passed away on Sunday (May 21). His cause of death has not been revealed.
Stevenson made his film debut in The Theory of Flight (1998). He later appeared in the short films such as No Man’s Land.

He later advanced in his acting career in 2004 playing the role of Dagonet in King Arthur, a knight of the round table who sacrifices his life for his comrades. Since then he has taken on major roles in films such film Kill the Irishman, Thor and Divergent.
In 1997, Stevenson married British actress Ruth Gemmell In 1997 in London. They later divorced in 2005 after eight years of marriage.
He is the father of two sons, Sebastiano Derek and Leonardo George.
