Track and field fans, get ready. The 2025 Racers Grand Prix is set to light up the National Stadium in Kingston on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Now in its seventh staging, the meet continues to grow in scale, spectacle, and significance, cementing its place as a must-attend event on the international athletics calendar.

As anticipation builds, Racers Grand Prix CEO Devon Blake shared his excitement. “This meet is the best of its kind in the western hemisphere. The energy inside the stadium rivals what we see at Champs finals and we all know that’s saying something.”

While speaking at the Racers Grand Prix launch at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in Kingston, Blake expressed pride in the product the organising team has built, while acknowledging the vital role that sponsors have played in its success. “To our sponsors, thank you for believing in this vision. You make it possible to deliver a world-class Jamaican track and field experience, year after year.”

Good, honest, family fun… that is how Racers Grand Prix CEO Devon Blake described the seventh staging of Racers Grand Prix to be held on June 7 at the National Stadium. Speaking to the audience at the meet launch held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, Blake revealed that bleacher tickets to the event would be free from May 1- 31.

With the event’s continued evolution, the Racers team remains focused on making the experience even more engaging for fans and families. This year, gates will open at 3:30 PM, and a dedicated kids’ zone will offer fun activities for families arriving early. For Blake, this was an integral addition to the event as it reinforces the atmosphere the meet aims to create for patrons.

“Racers Grand Prix is, above all, a family event. Good, clean honest fun for everyone.”

The main event on Saturday will feature a star-studded lineup of Olympic and World Championship medalists competing across 11 events, a true showcase of speed, strength, and sportsmanship.
