Dr Winston Adams, group executive chairman of Spectrum Capital Holdings (St Lucia) Limited, is announcing the appointment of O’Neil Kirlew as country manager/director of growth and expansion of RE/MAX Jamaica.

According to Adams, with the recent acquisition of the regional franchise for RE/MAX Jamaica, Spectrum Capital intends to significantly expand the RE/MAX brand throughout Jamaica and targeted countries within the wider Caribbean. Kirlew has since been charged with leading that process on behalf of the group. 

In spearheading the franchise and brokerage expansion and growth strategy of RE/MAX Jamaica, he will be largely responsible for marketing, promoting and selling new franchises across Jamaica to interested and eligible individuals or corporate entities, and will be expected to work closely with the various RE/MAX qualifying brokers across the island, providing training and general oversight to all new franchisees.          

Having previously served for many years at Arc Manufacturing Limited, in various senior management positions, Kirlew brings to this position more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, strategic leadership and business development. 

It is expected that his well-developed skills in corporate leadership, relationship building and networking will be invaluable assets in directing the growth and expansion strategy of the RE/MAX brand.

A marketing graduate of the University of Technology (UTech), Kirlew also holds several certificates in sales and marketing, project management and business coaching.
