The Paris 2024 Olympic Games ended today (August 11) but the memories will linger, especially for a lucky group of Jamaicans who experienced it firsthand, thanks to Red Stripe’s ‘Guh Fi Gold and Glory’ campaign.
The winners embarked on a Parisian adventure to cheer on Team Jamaica as our athletes dominated track and field events. They were randomly chosen from across the island after purchasing a six-pack of Red Stripe.
Arriving in Paris on August 2 and returning to the island on August 7, the ten-person party explored iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Puma House, and Jamaica House.
The winners returned with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and a deepened pride in their heritage and athletic prowess. Amidst waving flags, the clatter of pot covers, and joyous cheers, they represented the heart and soul of Jamaicans back home, passionately supporting their athletes as they went for gold.
