In its drive to aid its stakeholders in overcoming the current challenges being faced in the local market, Jamaican beer company Red Stripe recently hosted its inaugural Bar & Restaurant Seminar.
During the seminar, which was held at Red Stripe’s Spanish Town Road headquarters with key industry leaders, discussions were held on the different ways in which bar owners and restaurateurs can be successful in Jamaica’s current economic climate and advancing technological landscape.
They were exposed to techniques to aid them in remaining competitive while providing top quality service to their customers. They were also exposed to the latest consumer insights data with the presenters sharing invaluable insights on how to create winning strategies.
The dynamic selection of speakers included: Dianne Ashton-Smith, head of corporate affairs at Red Stripe; Jose Zambrano, Caribbean and Central America trade manager at Diageo; Larren Peart, CEO of Bluedot Insights; Alex Morrissey, director of Esirom; and Damion Stewart, head chef and owner of Broken Plate.
