Jamaican-owned ICT solutions provider ResolveIT Limited has achieved a historic milestone as the first local company to earn three Microsoft Solutions Partner designations.
ResolveIT, founded in 2004 by Almando Cox, began as a small IT support provider, serving a handful of clients with computer repairs. Since then, the company has evolved into a strategic partner for digital transformation across the Caribbean, and now employs more than 60 people. It also supports over 100 businesses and NGOs in Jamaica, Anguilla, Trinidad & Tobago, St Kitts & Nevis, The Bahamas, and the US Virgin Islands.
The company now holds these designations: Microsoft Solutions Partner – Modern Work; Microsoft Solutions Partner – Infrastructure (Azure); and Microsoft Data and AI Azure.
“This historic milestone is a testament to our team’s commitment to innovation, integrity, and making a meaningful impact for businesses in Jamaica and across the region,” said Almando Cox, CEO and founder of ResolveIT.

Such an achievement places ResolveIT among the highest ranks of global Microsoft partners, a space traditionally dominated by multinational corporations. Moreover, the new Microsoft designations position the company as a leader in the Caribbean technology sector, enabling local talent and businesses to compete on the global stage without relying on foreign IT services providers.
Already, ResolveIT is pushing the frontier of innovation with research in AI-driven cybersecurity, automated threat detection, and edge computing. As such, it equips clients to stay ahead of emerging threats and maintain a competitive edge in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
The company’s ability to drive transformation at scale is evident in the results it has achieved with its clients.
Recently the ResolveIT team executed a cloud transformation and digitisation programme that modernised operations and boosted efficiency at Access Financial Services. In addition, the company completed the consolidation and streamlining of EduCom Co-operative Credit Union’s ICT infrastructure, to strengthen integration and long-term stability following its merger with Gateway Cooperative Credit Union.

In Trinidad and Tobago, ResoveIT serves as the managed services provider for Transcorp Credit Union, providing ongoing management and maintenance of their entire IT infrastructure
At present, the company is driving innovation on another groundbreaking project that uses digital solutions like a health chatbot to expand access to patients in need of critical support.
“Our work at ResolveIT has always been rooted in trust, resilience, and the belief that technology can transform businesses, communities, and lives,” explained Cox.
“Over the past 21 years, we’ve proven that vision. Now, we’re leveraging our triple Microsoft Solutions Partner designations to chart the next chapter – driving innovation, scaling impact, and empowering businesses across the Caribbean to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world.”
