Effective March 1, 2026, Rudolph Green will assume the role of Head of Business Intelligence for the Guardsman Group.

Mr Green brings over three decades of experience driving business growth through strategic insight, financial leadership, and operational management across the private sector. His extensive experience within the Guardsman Group, combined with his strong analytical and strategic capabilities, positions him well to lead this critical function.

Throughout his career, Mr Green has demonstrated a strong ability to translate data, financial performance, and operational metrics into actionable insights that support informed decision-making. In this new role, he will focus on strengthening enterprise-wide performance analytics, enhancing reporting and intelligence frameworks, and supporting strategic planning initiatives across the Group.

Mr Green’s leadership is expected to bring greater visibility into business performance, support efficiency improvements, and enable data-driven decision-making that aligns with the Group’s long-term growth objectives.
