Rum-Bar Jamaica is  staging ‘Vibes Fest’, an islandwide series that will kick off December 23 at Skateland in Half-Way Tree, St Andrew.

The free concert series, set for between 6 pm and 12am, will showcase a line-up of artistes including Jahvillani and Stalk Ashley.  ZJ Chrome and host T.C. will be bringing the vibes for the Christmas and into the New Year.

What to expect

When asked more about the event, Tamika West, marketing manager of Worthy Park Estate, the maker of the flagship brand Rum-Bar, replied: “It’s been a long time since Rum-Bar hosted its own event, and it’s our first one of this scale, so we wanted to bring some 100 per cent Jamaican vibes for Christmas. We will have $1,200 Rum-Bar bucket deals! Think of the first one as a prelude to Sting, The Greatest Show on Earth!”

Entertainer and former Spice dancer, T.C., who is set to host, started working with Rum-Bar in the beginning of 2020, when casted as a dancer for their TV commercial.

Said T.C.: “In January, I became Rum-Bar’s brand ambassador, and now being able to host is a great opportunity for me. I’m hoping to do more with them as I grow as a brand.”

Other stops in the series scheduled so far for the New Year include Portland, St James and St Elizabeth.

The Rum-Bar brand of rums comprises of its leading brand, Rum-Bar White Overproof Rum, a traditional blend of three un-aged rums at a 63% ABV, Rum-Bar Gold Rum, a rich Jamaican aged rum that is delicious neat or mixed, Rum-Bar Rum Cream, Rum-Bar Silver, all distilled using a 100 per cent copper pot-still, and Rum-Bar Vodka: Classic and Green Apple flavours.
