From Louis Vuitton to Elie Saab, Paris Fashion Week’s Fall 2024 designer collections previewed next season’s ready-to-wear trends to a global audience, and SAINT International’s Jamaican models were integrally woven into the fashion narrative.
Seasoned catwalkers Tami Williams and Naki Depass were joined by breakthrough star Dru Campbell in the City of Lights for formidable turns on the runway for top-tier designer names.
Particularly impressive in her debut model season in Europe was 17-year-old Campbell, who emerged as a favourite among casting directors. After making an exclusive booked appearance at Milan Fashion Week for the Prada show engineered weeks earlier by SAINT CEO Deiwght Peters from his offices in Jamaica, the teenager proved a bonafide Parisian success, showing up in seven collections, including Miu Miu, Rabanne, and Chloé, one of the most buzzed-about shows of the season which ran from February 26 to March 5.
SAINT’s 2023 Female Fashion Face of the Caribbean winner, Dru Campbell, an Edwin Allen High School fifth-former, was one of the Fall 2024 season’s most in-demand faces for the much respected Ashley Brokaw who cast the new Jamaican fashion star for five luxury fashion house collections that culminated with Louis Vuitton, which marked the tenth anniversary of creative director Nicolas Ghesquiere helming the iconic label.

“Paris was beyond my wildest dreams and it was amazing being able to work with all these amazing designers in my very first season as an international model,” shared Campbell, who returned from her chaperoned weekslong outing with Peters in France last Wednesday to her home in Belmont District, Clarendon. “I’m still pinching myself to register it was all real, because trust me, it was much more than what I believed possible. It was great having Mr. Peters there with me as it helped me to understand how the fashion world works at that level.”
Meanwhile, top model Tami Williams, a mainstay of the Parisian seasonal collections, sashayed her way into four shows – Germanier, Akris, Zimmermann and Elie Saab. Williams, currently an advertising face for Elie Saab’s Pre-Fall lookbook, elegantly glided for Saab’s Fall 2024 show in Looks 8 and 46.

Williams’ SAINT peer Depass who strutted the Ferragamo runway in Milan just days previously appeared alongside her at Saab’s Paris collection unveiling in glamourous Looks 4 and 42. Depass was also part of designer Miuccia Prada’s Miu Miu show, fiercely fabulous in Look 4’s floor-grazing navy trench coat.
Savouring the combined success of a blazing start of an ingenue and two established stars, Peters joyously assessed the good fortunes of his model charges.

“This Paris Fashion Week was another epic one for SAINT’s history books. Our current Fashion Face winner Dru charted a true victory lap in her very first season and Naki and Tami did well as per usual with bookings for major names. It never gets old, and I’m extremely proud of the SAINT girls’ continued relevance in the hyper-competitive global fashion space. Consistency is the name of the game, and I’m eternally grateful for the support we maintain from all our partners within the industry.”
