The vacations subsidiary of Jamaican-based all-inclusive hotel chain Sandals Resorts is launching a new online training programme for travel agents.

The new Sandals Unique Vacations company training programme, which covers both Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, is aimed at “educating, empowering and growing” its family of travel advisors.

The programme helps advisors become “certified Sandals specialists.”

Gary Sadler, executive vice president of sales & industry relations for Unique Vacations, commented, “the Sandals Resorts brand was built from the ground up in partnership with travel advisors, and they remain vital to our business. We’ve always believed wholeheartedly and invested heavily in advisor education to help these most dedicated partners distinguish themselves in their important line of work and grow their business.”

Continuing, Sadler remarked, “in taking this programme online, we’re opening the doors to travel advisors from every corner of the globe, creating limitless opportunities for both the advisor and the Sandals and Beaches guest.”

The programme will include 21 different lessons across four chapters.
