Sandals Resorts has announced newly appointed directors to its boards – a development that underscores a pivotal chapter in the company’s strategic leadership expansion and ambitious growth trajectory.
The new members are proficient leaders from varied industries, whose collective expertise will help guide Sandals Resorts in executing its vision and amplifying its prominence on the global stage.

The new appointees are:
Christopher Levy, group president and CEO of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited. A visionary corporate leader, Levy has overseen significant expansion in Jamaica Broilers’ U.S. operations. He is deeply committed to nation-building, and supporting initiatives in education, sports, and community empowerment. Levy is also chairman of the Jamaica Special Economic Zone Authority (JSEZA) and serves as a director on five other boards. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Miami as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Regent University. He has also successfully completed the Executive Management Programme at Harvard Business School.
Well-known Jamaican businessman Peter Melhado, president and CEO of the ICD Group has also been appointed. Melhado adds significant insight with his diverse expertise in real estate development, e-commerce, technology distribution, property management, business process outsourcing and general insurance. With a career spanning the engineering, manufacturing, and finance fields, he has led transformational mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves as chairman of a number of companies, including Sagicor Group Jamaica, Red Stripe, West Indies Home Contractors, GoBeyondGroup (Puerto Rico) and American International School of Kingston. Melhado attained a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance.
Onboard is Nicholas Kenneth Lok Jack, executive chairman of the Associated Brands Group of Companies, a geographically diverse and dynamic food manufacturing and distribution group with operations in 10 countries and sales to over 25 countries worldwide. A passionate advocate for manufacturing and community development, he has served as director of the Trinidad & Tobago Manufacturing Association, Habitat for Humanity Local Capital Campaign Chapter and the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. He is also a director of Guardian Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries.
Rounding out the new membership is well-known CARICOM business leader, Gervase Warner, who has an impressive track record of transformational leadership. Warner recently retired after over 14 years serving as the president and group CEO of Massy Holdings Ltd., one of the largest investment holding companies in the region. He led the organisation’s remarkable journey towards becoming a conscious company which included rebranding and identification of a common purpose, vision and values. Warner is celebrated as a trailblazing, forward-thinking captain of industry with an impressive career. Prior to joining Massy, Warner was a partner at the international management consulting firm, McKinsey & Company, where he spent 11 years serving clients in the US, Latin America and the Caribbean. He currently serves as chairman of the CARICOM Private Sector Organisation. Warner holds an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, as well as BSE degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
