In celebration of Read Across Jamaica Day, Scotia team members visited primary and preparatory schools across the island to read to students and spark a love for books on Tuesday (May 6).

Along with engaging storytelling sessions, the foundation also donated books, flash cards, and other essential reading materials to support literacy development in classrooms.

The team kicked off its Read Across Jamaica Day activities at the Holy Family Primary School, one of two institutions benefiting from a multimillion-dollar literacy intervention programme funded by the Scotia Foundation and executed by Project STAR.
