Scotiabank Jamaica appoints new VPs

Scotiabank Jamaica is advising of the executive appointments of Gary-Vaughn White and Adrian Reynolds.

White has been promoted to the role of vice president – Collateral Protection, Caribbean Central America and Uruguay (CCAU). The appointment comes into effect January 2, 2023.

White has vast experience across several subsidiaries in Scotia Group with expertise in strategic management, investment, finance and trading at a senior leadership level. He temporarily provided oversight for Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited.

ROBUST EXPERIENCE IN BANKING AND FINANCE

For his part, Reynolds has been appointed to the role of vice president, treasury. This appointment took effect on November 1, 2022. He has robust experience in Banking and Finance including, Foreign Exchange (FX) and Securities Trading and Treasury, Investment and Portfolio Management.

Reynolds’ career at Scotia started in Scotia Investments Jamaica Limited as assistant vice president – treasury and trading and in July 2012 he was appointed director – treasury and FX trading at Scotiabank Jamaica.

He acted in the role of vice president – treasury prior to now being confirmed in that role.
