Search on for father suspected of killing daughter

Members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) are in search of a father who is suspected to have murdered his daughter yesterday morning.

Reports are that early Sunday morning, at about 1am, a domestic dispute took place between a father and his 17-year-old daughter Shedeque Clavert of Barry Street, Kingston. The father allegedly used a knife to stab his daughter in her chest.

The 17-year-old was taken to the hospital where she died receiving treatment.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about the location of the father to call or visit the Elleston Road police station. They are also encouraging citizens to report all matters of domestic violence.
