Firefighters are currently on the scene of a blazing inferno that has engulfed the visual art department of the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts along Arthur Wint Drive in St Andrew on Friday (September 17).
According to preliminary reports, an explosion rocked the building around 9:00 am thereabout.
Passers-by captured videos of smoke billowing over the college.
