

Digicel Trinidad is now facing many disgruntled customers, who are currently without service, due to technical challenges being faced by their service provider.
The company has since admitted to facing technical challenges and has apologised to its customers, who are experiencing these disruptions in some areas.
Digicel T&T has not detailed the technical challenges it is having but promised to rectify the problem at the earliest time.
However, the company has issued a message to its customers in the twin island republic apologising for the service disruptions
The message advises, “we are aware that some areas are experiencing disruptions in their Digicel+ service. We are currently working to have this matter resolved as soon as possible and will advise when service has been restored. We apologise for the inconvenience”.
