Several injured in Indian amusement park ride collapse

In a scene reminiscent of the Final Destination film series, onlookers were left horrified today (September 4) as an amusement park ride crashed to the ground in Mohali, India, leaving several persons injured.
According to journalist Nickhil Choudhary, who was posting on his Twitter account, @NikhilCh_, around 16 women and children were hospitalised in the incident when the spinning wheel apparently malfunctioned and fell straight to ground.
In the disturbing video, persons are seen being thrown from their seats on the ride.
