International recording artiste, Orville ‘Shaggy’ Burrell has purchased a new home in Miami, Florida.

Shaggy bought the home for US$2.15 million.

The home is located in Cocoplum, Coral Gables, an exclusive gated community. The home features five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, two garages, a courtyard and living area decked with expansive windows, an outdoor pool, with covered terraces and bars.

This is literally perfect for a family home. The house also comes with a built in BBQ.

Shaggy is a two-time Grammy award winner and the creator of hit singles It Wasn’t Me, Angel and Boombastic.

Other Jamaican celebrities with homes overseas include Popcaan and Spice.

Popcaan purchased a home in Ghana for a whopping $5.5 million prior to the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020.

The Unruly Boss took to Instagram to announce his new accomplishment four days into his ‘New Year’ vacation.

“Over Africa wicked man ting. Mi jus buy mi brand new house over Ghana. Yuh haffi have house everyweh!” said the Unruly Boss.

Dancehall star Spice bought a home in Atlanta, United States.

On her birthday, she proved to be a super-mom, dedicating her accomplishments to her children.

“I know I’ve been away from you, but you are the reason for the things I do, I hope you know that I love you, everything I do is for you… . This house belongs to you.”

Spice is a mom of two kids, Nicho and ‘Toy Toy’. She has shown strength as a single black woman, making strides and accomplishing her goals alone.
