Lung cancer is the uncontrolled growth of cells in one or both lungs. According tothe Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), lung cancer is the third most common cancer in the world. This disease is also said to be the leading cause of cancer deaths worldwide.

Many are of the notion that only smokers can develop this fatal disease, when in fact just about anyone can be affected by lung cancer. In the initial stages of the cancer, there are usually no signs or symptoms, however, as the condition progresses, signs and symptoms tend to develop and become obvious.

  • Constant bronchitis and pneumonia
