Sixto Coy has been elected as president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC) for the 2025-2027 term.

Coy’s election took place at the ICAC’s annual general meeting held earlier in June in Miami, Florida.

He was previously past president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ).

Coy’s elevation to this prestigious regional leadership position marks a proud moment for the ICAJ. He is a seasoned leader with extensive experience, and his appointment is expected to foster a renewed era of collaboration and innovation across the Caribbean accounting profession.
