Jamaican dancehall superstar Sizzla delivered a scintillating performance at Barbados’ Showdown concert on the weekend, cementing himself a one of the best reggae performers in the world today.
The 48-year-old Sizzla, whose real name is Miguel Collins, hit the stage at 1:15 a.m. Sunday as the final act, and did not disappoint the thousands of patrons who flocked to the National Botanical Gardens for the highly anticipated concert.
Sporting his customary turban, Sizzla had the crowd begging for more during his hour-long performance as he delivered some of his biggest hit singles like Thank You Mama, Guide Over Us, Just One of Those Days, Holding Firm and Show Us the Way.
Other Jamaican dancehall artistes who performed at the event were Chronic Law, Jah Vinci and Kranium. They, too, delivered and had patrons rocking during their performances.
