Every great store deserves great exposure. Here, at Our Today, we highlight Jamaican entrepreneurs making a positive mark in the small business space. We believe every good business – particularly local stores with excellent customer service, trendy products and a strong social media presence – deserves to be recognised for its quality service.

For those with a sweet tooth, Cookie Kraft offers beautiful, customised homemade cookies for any occasion.

Cookie Kraft was started in July 2020, during the pandemic, by Shauna-Lee Smith, after she decided to refine her baking skills and use them as a way to supplement her income. She has been steadily growing her business and, as of this month, she now offers island wide delivery.

For the third year, Cookie Kraft is having a Christmas sale where customers can purchase a package of six decorated cookies for J$1,500. Fifteen per cent of the proceeds go towards buying Christmas gifts for Strachmore Children’s Home.

Shauna-Lee is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Psychology.
