Henna_Ja is a local business in Jamaica where you can get beautiful Henna and Jagua designs (similar to a temporary tattoo) done for a fee.

Henna is a powder, made from a dried and grinded tree leaf, mixed with essential oils, and sugar into a paste that is applied to the skin to create a stain that lasts two to three weeks and leaves a brownish-orange colour.

Jagua is an all natural paste made from a fruit native to South America that, when applied to the skin, leaves a blackish-blue colour that lasts for three to five weeks.

Henna artist Wafeeqah Khan has been a professional artist since 2015. She first started out offering henna designs to visitors at a local spa. She has since moved and now operates out of 1 A Derrymore Road near the Pavillion mall in Half-Way Tree in St Andrew.
