Qveenrenz Cosmetics is a small business that offers handmade, vegan lip-glosses that are infused with organic oils.

Queenrenz Cosmetics was started in 2020, when founder Renique Harris, who was still attending university at the time, received a grant from the government during the pandemic, which she used to purchase her first batch of ingredients for the lip gloss. Over time, after support from her peers, she gradually started her business online using skill she learned from YouTube.

Harris shared with Our Today that she has always had a passion for creating products and initially wanted to produce soaps, but the success of her lip glosses has motivated her to stay in cosmetics.

Since 2022, she now offers her products at certain store locations in Kingston and St Andrew – Proactive Lifestyle, Liguanea Lane Pharmacy, and Chrome Essentials.

She has also expanded her product line to now introduce lipsticks.
