Started in 2017, by Tavia Barnes, Zenachi Apparel is an online female clothing and apparel store offering pieces in female fashion, shoes, bags and customised jewellery. The name is derrived from Barnes’ personal desire to ensure that the name of her business name is unique and stands out.

Zenachi means beautiful.

“We were doing very well but were heavily impacted by covid,” said barnes as she shared with Our Today her experiences operating the business.

She mentioned that during the pandemic she lost a lot of traffic to her Instagram Page and has been working daily to recover.

In the future Barnes said she has plans to open a physical location in Kingston.
