Spanish Town Police FC gained promotion to the Jamaican Premier League for the first time, and Treasure Beach FC made an instant return after relegation last year.
Spanish Town Police FC is not made up of police officers, but was formed in 1977 to get the youths off the streets. The club defeated Falmouth FC 5-4 on penalties after the two-legged tie ended 1-1 on aggregate on Saturday, May 10.
While Treasure Beach edged Mead Forrest 1-0 on Saturday, winning the tie 1-0 on aggregate after the first leg drew 0-0.
St Catherine-based Spanish Town Police and Treasure Beach of St Elizabeth will replace the relegated Clarendon pair of Vere Phoenix and Humble Lion in the Premier League.

Spanish Town Police have now become the third St Catherine team in the Premier League, joining Portmore United and Racing United.
Treasure Beach, which gained their first promotion to top-flight football in 2023 and relegation that same season in 2024, have made a quick return.
Both teams will now be preparing for the Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League, which will require a lot of transfers to strengthen the team, or they will be relegated as quickly as they gained promotion.
