Spanish Town tense as another reputed One Order member killed by police

The man who goes by the alias AD was fatally shot by the police on Monday, February 3, 2025, in the Spanish Town area of St Catherine.

Spanish Town businesses are closing their shutters rapidly as another reputed gang leader was killed by police on Monday

Information reaching Our Today is that the man known as AD was one of Othneil “Thickman” Lobban’s “soldier” from the One Order gang.

Lobban was reportedly shot and killed by members of the Joint Anti-Gang Task Force (JAGTF) at Six Miles in St Andrew on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

Lobban’s death resulted in Spanish Town being lockdown as gunmen and members of the security forces were involved in shootouts, mainly in Tawes Pen which disrupted businesses and schools in the vicinity.

With that in mind, as news of “AD’s” killing spread, residents are busy evacuating the area.
