Dancehall artiste Spice has sent waves of excitement and anticipation flooding her comment section on social media with news that she will return to the stage for the first time since her health scare.

Last year reports surfaced that the ‘Queen of Dancehall’ was hospitalised after suffering complications after cosmetic surgery in the Dominican Republic. Determined to set the record straight, she took to Instagram to clarify that she had suffered a damaged hernia that sent her body into sepsis and that she was recovering.

Now, it appears that the Romantic Mood artiste has fully recovered and ris eady to perform again as she has set her first date with The Cayman Islands.

“Besties I’m so happy to announce this 📣 Cayman Let’s Start the Fun 😍you have the first date with me this year 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙,” she announced in a post on Instagram.

Spice will perform at the ‘Start di Fun Music Festival: Tape Measure Edition’ on March 24.

Excited to see her fans again, she encouraged them to get their “tickets now ’cause you already know what it’s gonna be”.

This event appears to be the first of many to come for the artiste, as she also announced that she will officially start accepting bookings for future events. She then urged fans to tag a promoter if they wish to see her at an event.

Overjoyed by the return of their artiste, fans shared their excitement in the comments section.
